HSC’s EP Challenge – Week 10

Starting to record vocals.  Made a little vocal booth in my room and my laptop is in my closet so that it’s sound doesn’t hit the mic.   It’s a little difficult for me to record vocals on my own.  It is nice to use a producer who can tell you if the take is good or not and who can punch you in and out.  But hey, If I always waited for the right budget or the right gear to record, I might never get anything done.    I like a lot of the scratch tracks in the beginning of the EP challenge better then the new tracks.  I don’t know if it is because I was more relaxed when recording the scratch tracks or if my ear just grew to liking them more.  Next week, harmonies.
